We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instore CRM Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in our Store in Amsterdam PC Hoofstraat. As an Instore CRM Specialist, you will embody the essence of PRADA, ensuring to consolidate customer data and provide the store team with the requested information, to support managers in the implementation of specific CRM projects at the store level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure accuracy and quality of customer data in CRM systems
• Analyze Client Advisor performance (KPIs, CRM activities) and provide insights to Store Management and CRM Manager
• Support launch and optimization of CRM tools and functionalities in store
• Generate and interpret CRM and performance reports
• Manage customer lists and support targeted local marketing actions
• Assist Store Manager with in-store CRM action plans aligned with business needs
• Deliver CRM training and ongoing support to store team
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Several years’ experience in CRM, retail or customer experience
Customer centric approach as well as In store-service oriented
Strong analytical and communication skills as well as a focus on strong client development
Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus
