PRADA Department Manager (m/f/d)

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Department Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in our Prada Department Store in KaDeWe in Berlin. As a Department Manager, you will be a Company Brand Ambassador and to be responsible for achieving all the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the product category department assigned. You will manage and motivate the department team in achieving the sales target, ensuring extraordinary Client service experience, being present on the sales floor, managing the activities of the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional client experience, driving cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty
- Lead the team to exceed KPIs by analyzing department performance and implementing targeted action plans
- Actively support business growth by sharing commercial insights, market trends, and recommendations with the Store Manager
- Develop and inspire the sales team through training in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent, encouraging internal development and knowledge sharing through effective communication and briefings
- Drive department growth by strengthening clienteling activities, expanding the local customer base, and supporting e-commerce development
- Ensure operational excellence through strong visual merchandising, efficient back-of-house organization, product expertise, and asset protection
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
+5 years’ experience in a leading role in the (luxury) retail environment
Passionate about the product category, with strong market and product knowledge as well as interest in luxury, fashion, art,
A business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team player able to lead, influence, and inspire peers
Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to serve and engage clients
Fluent in German and English
