JOB PURPOSE

 

To work alongside the Store Manager and support with the management and day-to-day operations of the store. To act as brand ambassador, leading and motivating the team to create a memorable experience for our clients.  To support the manager to drive business goals and performance, and ensure exceptional store standards are delivered.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

BUSINESS

  • Supports Store Manager to create and implement action plans to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Shares plans and sets objectives with store team, ensuring they are inspired and motivated
  • Keeps up to date with business and luxury environment, fashion trends, monitors competitors and communicates the information to the team.
  • Reflect the brand image on the sales floor and ensure that the team follow.

 

CUSTOMER

  • Proactively deliver the Brand’s selling ceremony, maximising sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
  • Build a Client-centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
  • Ensure the team maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.

 

 

TEAM         

  • Support the Store Manager in developing an entrepreneurial and team spirit using effective communication and ensuring efficient organization.
  • Ensure professional growth and training of the staff by sharing development plans with the Store Manager.

 

RETAIL

  • Together with the Store Manager develop and deliver the store’s sales strategy, in cooperation with the Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
  • Ensure that the Store image and product care are in line with brand standards and secure that the Staff is responsible and committed to maintain these standards.  
  • Deliver the Company operational guidelines and stock procedures, to ensure a high level of security and compliance with the Brand standards of service.
  • Ensure and maintain the sales floor and visual display to a high standard in line with Brand guidelines
  • Deal effectively with customer queries and after sales care, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
