To work productively within the store team to deliver the highest level of Made to Measure customer advisory and an exceptional one-to-one experience ensuring to build a strong relationship with customers to gain repeat business.





  • Is accountable for the full MTM sales and service cycle in store according to the Corporate guidelines, from measurement taking to finished product delivery.
  • Works with the Store Manager for activities on new prospects and on existing customers and proactively develops business through client networking and entertainment;
  • Builds a detailed understanding of customer requirements and manages full cycle of clientelling including appointment booking, execution, inputting of orders, second fitting follow-up and alterations;
  • Is the point of reference for both local and HQ functions, sharing feedback about the products and the customer’s needs, the market in terms of trends, positioning of competitors and characteristics of the clientele.
  • Enhance the store team product knowledge, supplying detailed instructions on sales strategies, encouraging them to proactively demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair for the selling process;
  • Coordinates the organization of the training to the store staff together with the Retail Merchandising and the HQs MTM team;
  • He proactively participates in the organization and execution of MTM events, in collaboration with the relevant Store and Corporate functions.
  • Collaborates with the Visual Merchandiser sharing the main needs to ensure the correct rotation of seasonal products, product displays inside the shop and in the shop windows based on the sales results.                          




Previous experience in MTM with knowledge in alteration and tailoring and strong knowledge in Men product categories

Proven track record in sales on high sales on a consistent monthly basis

Exemplary customer service and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A natural ability to build customer and team relationships

Creative problem solving, flexibility, multitasking and attitude for working with complexity

Strong follow through skills and attention to detail

Attitude and ability to convey information and knowledge to co-workers and customers

Fluent spoken English and French expected. Other languages desirable
