As a Store Manager with Prada, you demonstrate a strong history of achieving excellence in management, customer service and sales. You are aware of the opportunities and challenges of working in a high performing team and thrive on representing Prada as a brand ambassador.

The Opportunity 

You will be responsible for leading the overall success of the boutique by:

• Championing a client-centric culture and delivering exceptional, personalised experiences that reflect the Prada standard;
• Driving and maximising sales performance, achieving commercial targets and delivering sustainable growth;
• Inspiring and motivating the team to consistently exceed individual and KPIs;
• Coaching, developing and empowering the team, with a strong focus on talent development and performance management;
• Ensuring the team remains highly engaged and equipped with the latest Prada Group knowledge, including product, collections, policies and procedures;
• Fostering an entrepreneurial, collaborative and high-performance culture;
• Acting as a strong ambassador for Prada within the local market, identifying opportunities to attract new clients, increase boutique traffic and strengthen long-term client relationships;
• Managing the boutique's budget and ensuring disciplined control of operating expenses;
• Elevating clienteling through strategic initiatives, appointments and exclusive client events;
• Ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence across cash management, inventory, logistics and Head Office reporting requirements; and
• Upholding the values, standards and distinctive identity of Prada across every aspect of the boutique experience.

Knowledge & Skills

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader who brings:

• Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing luxury retail team;
• Strong commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to deliver sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed KPIs;
• A genuine passion for client experience, with the ability to inspire a team to create personalised and memorable experiences;
• A strong understanding of luxury fashion, the competitive landscape and the broader retail market;
• Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills;
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into commercial results; and
• A genuine passion for the brand and the world of luxury.
