Assistant FP&A Manager

Job Summary/Purposes

The incumbent will work as a member of the Regional FP&A team, with a primary responsibility of FP&A support of the Asia Pacific including budgeting and forecasting, as well as overheading expense management and financial presentations for senior management emphasing key insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and insights to support business growth and profit optimization.
• Develop, manage and update budget and financial forecasts for the region.
• Collaborate with business leaders to conduct monthly performance reviews, concentrating on financial performance and business efficiency.
• Prepare financial reports and presenting findings to management and stakeholders to support risk/opportunity analysis and strategic planning.

Profile

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field with recognized accounting qualification
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• FP&A experience in Retail/FMCG/Consumer Goods background preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Good computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
