Responsibilities :

CRM Analysis & Reporting

·        Assist in collecting, cleaning & analyzing CRM data to support weekly and monthly CRM KPI tracking

·        Assist in creating dashboards and performance summaries for Retail teams using Excel and BI tools such as Qlik, SAP & Power BI

·        Contribute to campaign analysis (open rates, conversion rates, etc.) and highlight key insights

  • Help prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders based on CRM findings.

 

Clienteling Support

·        Help organize personalized CRM campaigns (targeting, content, deployment) including client list preparation

  • Assist in identifying high-value clients for personalized campaigns and loyalty initiatives.

Assist in preparing Clienteling toolkits for store teams

·        Support the CRM Manager in monitoring and coordinating other initiatives such as Retail Events, Gifting, In-Store animations, etc.

·        Consolidate boutique feedback and contribute to sharing best practices across the network

 Client Experiences & Loyalty

·        Assist in the implementation of client experiences

·        Help identify the right client targeting

·        Support with suppliers, gifting management and logistics

·        Help manage invoice follow-up and supplier coordination

 Administrative Support

·        Assist the CRM Manager in creating supplier profiles in internal tools

·        Support purchase order creation and budget tracking

·        Assist in handling loyalty-related orders (gifts, handwritten cards, CRM stationery)

·        Coordinate internal validations and liaise with Finance and Procurement teams

 

Requirements :

  • 1 year of experience in luxury retail, with strong passion in client development and CRM
  • Proactive and can adapt quicky to a fast-paced environment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot table & charts), familiarity with Power Point and data visualization tools (eg. Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong planning and organization skills, fluency in English is a must
