Contract HR & Administration Officer

Job Summary/Purposes:
The incumbent is responsible to provide HR & administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Provide office administration and clerical support, including but not limited to corporate materials ordering, maintaining filing system, conference room reservation, Office supplies procurement, office maintenance, vendors management, etc.
- Supporting office reception duties during the absence of the Receptionist.
- Handle travel arrangements for internal travelers. Ensure compliance of travel policy by all travel coordinators. Monitor and evaluate the performance of appointed travel agent and ensure the travel cost is competitive with the market.
- Oversee the purchase order management, including the creation, coordination, and tracking of purchase orders.
- Responsible for the application and termination of Airport permit for internal staff and external contractors.
- Organizing company events and festivals gifts coordination
Human Resources:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources supports to HR team
- Handling of retail / office recruitment, from job posting to onboarding arrangement.
- Preparation of various HR formalities and reports
- Maintaining HR filing system and records
Requirements:
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines.
- Solid experience in office administration & HR or related background.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Able to work independently. Well organized with strong sense of responsibility.
- Detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
