MIU MIU Area Visual Merchandiser

Create window displays and store interiors in the assigned geographic area, within the guidelines and based on the creative input defined by Miu Miu Management, with the goal of increasing sales while respecting the brand image and the company's products.
Ensure that Headquarters guidelines are implemented by Visual Designers working in the affiliates and/or individual markets and/or stores within their area.
Responsibilities
• Develop window display and store interior design proposals, adapting them to the type and merchandising of each individual store, within the guidelines defined from time to time.
• Perform periodic store displays in their area, based on the schedule established by Retail Management, taking into account sales trends, market characteristics, customer target audiences, and key competitors.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Merchandising to create displays that encourage customer traffic and increase sales by identifying market-, customer-, and seasonally appropriate outfits, based on product stock levels and in compliance with defined guidelines.
• Monitor the accuracy and appropriateness of displays at stores in their Area through constant and timely review of photographs submitted by the local Visual Team, in collaboration with Retail Merchandising.
• Provide appropriate guidance to the Store Manager and/or In-Store Visualist to ensure display maintenance and any necessary daily interventions.
• Set up showroom displays for the seasonal release of collections, following the instructions of the Collection Merchandiser.
• Collaborate with the Communications & PR Department in organizing in-store events and press presentations.
• Provide feedback on the internal status of stores and display items, sharing any critical issues with the store manager and submitting them to Operations.
