JOB PURPOSE     

 

As a member of the HR Internal Communication team, the candidate will contribute to the development of all the communication campaigns and internal events targeting Prada Group employees on a global level.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Act as a campaign manager and coordinate the day-by-day activity of digital campaigns: collecting needs, materials, and requirements, drafting templates including messages and graphics, planning the creation of DEMs in collaboration with the CRM team, testing and checking on the correctness and quality of the communications.
  • Design communication assets, including simple graphic templates, for digital internal communications campaigns.
  • Use the marketing automation platform (Adobe Campaign) to deliver digital campaigns to employees.
  • Monitor and measure the success of those campaigns, providing recurrent data reporting analyses and insights to improve final performances.
  • Update the global Internal Communications calendar based on scheduled campaigns.
  • Support in the drafting and creation of the internal digital magazine.
  • Support the team in the organization of internal events.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Brief experience in a similar role is a plus.

Good knowledge of Adobe Campaign and Figma or other marketing automation tools.

Good knowledge of Canva or other design/graphic tools.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, independent, adaptable, responsible, creative and detail oriented.

Passion for the Fashion & Luxury industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Fluency in Italian and English
