As an Assistant Store Manager with Prada, you demonstrate a strong history of achieving excellence in management, customer service and sales. You are aware of the opportunities and challenges of working in a high performing team and thrive on representing Prada as a brand ambassador.
Your journey will be challenging yet rewarding as you lead the Chadstone team alongside the Store Manager, build robust client relationships and maintain a consistent sales track record, all whilst keeping the Prada Group DNA alive. Your key responsibilities will be:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager for the overall success of the store.

Fostering a client centric mindset through extraordinary experiences

Driving and maximizing sales performance

Motivating the store team to exceed their KPIs

Managing and coach the store team to ensure internal growth and succession plan strategy

Ensuring the team is always prepared and updated on the Prada Group information, product knowledge, policies and procedures

Promoting an entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit

Representing the Company on the local market, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new clients and build a loyal relationship with the brand

Meeting the store budgets and control of expenses

Implementing clienteling initiatives and events

Enforcing Company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics and all the main reporting activities requested by Head Office.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Solid people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high performing sales team

You will have strong commercial understanding and be highly business driven, able to drive sales and KPIs

Strong customer service orientation - understanding how to put clients first and provide service which surprised and delights them

Interest in luxury fashion and strong understanding of competitors and the overall market
