JOB PURPOSE

 

For our corporate Analytics Team we are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist.

The ideal candidate will work in the WW Analytics team based in Milan, responsible for the management of the brands data analysis.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Design and implement data solutions for reporting and analysis, working with key stakeholders to build dashboards using enterprise tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar).
  • Build and deploy highly efficient and scalable ETL and data manipulation processes using big data and cloud technologies (i.e: Azure, AWS, Databricks).
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights to multiple stakeholders, suggesting actionable recommendations such as: stock allocation, improve sales, customer retention, conversion rate, media optimization.
  • Monitor on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis) performance of multiple business areas, scouting for issues, opportunities and identify focus areas.
  • Maintenance and optimization of existing dashboards merging different data sources.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

+3 years experience in data analysis role preferably within strategy consulting firm.

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Maths, or related STEM discipline.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or similar).

Good knowledge of SQL and Python or other data analysis programming languages.

Full professional expertise on Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent in English and Italian written and spoken.

Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple initiative at once.
