E-Commerce Payments Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Global Client Service Manager, the E-Commerce Payments Specialist will perform all e-commerce fraud & payments related activities, in order to comply with all the payments regulations and, at the same time, identify the best solutions to optimize approval rate reducing declines.

The role supports order processing, as well as end-to-end payments with the objective of providing best in class service to all our clients, representative of Prada Group’s luxury brand standards. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor Payments Platforms’ configurations and for all the Prada ecommerce websites
• Monitor and supervise all activities related to fraud prevention, payments and administration, both at an internal level and with our anti-fraud partner (Riskified)
• Analysis and reporting of multichannel sales
• Monitor suspicious customers (e.g. repeaters)
• Monitor Chargeback outcomes and how there are reflected on anti-fraud platform’s invoice
• Production of fraud check reports

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Significant experience in payments platforms and anti-fradu background, at least 5 years in similar roles

Knowledge of Adyen, Cybersource and Riskified System is required

Analytics skills (excel, other)

Project Management skills, including strong planning and execution skills

International experience and strong cultural sensitivity

Fluency in English

Knowledge of other languages is appreciated
