The E-merchandiser assistant will work closely with the E-merchandising Manager, supporting in the operational activities for the execution of the Omnichannel digital assortment strategy at WW level.

The candidate will cooperate in the catalogue management and sorting for selected regions, ensuring pages across are strategically merchandised to support the brand communication strategy and to reach challenging business goal.





  • Support the E-merchandising Manager in updating the digital master catalogue WW
  • Ensure products are correctly classified and merchandised in order to optimize category performance and conversion rate inside the website
  • Support in all the activities linked to the products go live process for, liaising directly with the photo studio to request and prioritize ecommerce assets
  • Monitor product delivery
  • Review the product sorting/ranking on a weekly basis, making sure it reflects the seasonal merchandising /communication strategy and business needs (EU, RU, ME)
  • Work close with the e-store referents to guarantee alignment between editorial components and product ranking and with the newsletter team to ensure that the products featured in emails are correctly merchandised.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Fluent in English
