JOB PURPOSE

As a Product Front End Experience intern, the candidate will be working alongside the Experience Product Manager to assist in leading the ideation, development and execution of all Prada Groups eCommerce sites working closely with Design, cross-functional, IT, eCommerce and Merchandising teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and help collect consumers and business needs to formulate requirements
• Translate designs into functional specifications and create documentation
• Take part to Agile ceremonies and help maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Collaborate with other functional resources part of the Product Team to understand interdependencies and design the best possible user experience
• Provide input and assistance to development teams to identify and resolve defects
• Execute tests to validate developments
• Actively participate in mitigating barriers for the delivery of the product backlog
• Help making informed decisions based on KPIs to continuously improve the customer experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related discipline

Excellent level of English (spoken and written)

High level of reliability and attention to details

Curiosity and passion for Commerce and digital products

Business oriented and results driven

Ability to work within a team and independently

Flexibility and proactive approach

Good interpersonal and communication skills
