JOB PURPOSE

 

To be part of the Group Information Technology Department, following all the activities connected with the CRM. The IT CRM PM is the primary contact for the HQ team queries and issues on IT platform.  He/she works closely with external agency to implement Business goals.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage the issues associated to the CRM
  • Support the developer team implementing minor features
  • Analyze and understand business requirements
  • Support the team in all the planning phases and the activities of the project (eg documentation, activity coordination, analysis, etc.)
  • Ensure project activities definition and completion, respecting constraints and deadlines
  • Support the System Test and User Acceptance (UAT)
  • Supervise internal documentation to users
  • Report to the IT Program Manager for internal follow up of the project
  • Act as first point of contact for internal users

 

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

 

Degree in Computer Science / Engineering

At least 3 years of experience gained in a consultancy firm or in a structured company in working on CRM projects  (Microsoft CRM Dynamics on premise and in cloud)

Professional level of English (Spoken and Written)

Strong knowledge of C# (programming language)

Strong knowledge of the CRM components (plugin, workflow, …)
