IT Sales and Operation planning Senior Manager

JOB PURPOSE

Sales and Operations Planning IT System Senior Manager is accountable to design and build new and/or deploy existing IT solutions to be used by Demand, Supply and Production Planners. Act as IT Business Partner for several solution SAP, RPAS, Custom embedded into the global IT team. As part of the digital transformation team Sales and Operations Planning IT System Senior Manager will lead the selection, design and implementation of the new IBP and Planning platforms and will be the main counterpart of the Business department involved in the transformation journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the set up of the delivery team and the overall “integrated business Planning” It transformation team
• Work with business colleagues to define implement demand and supply planning functionality based on business requirements
• Gather user requirements, consult internal stakeholders in terms of IT solutions, work out concepts and specifications, moderate workshops, coordinate configuration and implementation activities, take responsibility for e2e test execution, contribute to the change management process, Support and drive data migration activities, enforce global process and system governance
• Understand the concept for the sales planning cycle, of the production of products and how main tools and algorithm could be is used to plan the materials and work. Translate requirements into platform selection, realization and integration
• Collaborate with other IT and business department to deliver standard evolution requests and new system and platforms
• Guide external parties such as IT consultants and service providers in the context of project and system changes

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Expertise in Demand and Supply Planning platform as well as other planning tool

Business knowledge and understanding of Fashion industry planning cycle

Solid knowledge of Algorithm and data to increase performance of the planning cycle

Knowhow on RPAS is a plus

Knowledge of modern planning system such as O9, Kinaxis, Blue yonder, Anaplan is a plus

IT project methodology understanding

Analytical skills

Can effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners

Presentation and moderation skills

Resilience, problem solving, organized and detail oriented
