JOB PURPOSE

 

The Miu Miu CRM and Client Insight Junior Specialist will support the team in day-to-day activities in the aim of developing and reinforcing a customer centric analytical culture across different areas of the business, ensuring the development of specific analytical tools for the brand.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the Miu Miu Client Insight team with ad-hoc data extractions and analyses to gather insights on customers’ behavior and monitor trends.
  • Help the team developing new analyses in line with the department’s goals and focuses.
  • Revise current dashboards and analytical tools to gather complete understanding of existing reports and support the HQ in training local teams to    their use. 
  • Work with the IT department to evaluate potential enhancements to existing reporting systems and monitor their development.
  • Prepare Power Point documents presenting the findings of the analyses to be presented to all the main stakeholders.
  • Define CRM KPI targets and track regional performance with respect to the agreed goals.
  • Prepare the required documentation to support weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Collect feedbacks from the local teams to support business understanding and regional insights.

 


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

 

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role 
A previous consultancy experience is mandatory
Ability to write complex queries in SparkSQL
Strong and proven analytical background (Master’s degree in Economics/Engineering is preferred)
Excellent skills on Excel and Power Point
Fluency in English
Strong attention to details
Flexibility and ability to multitask
Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent relationship skills
