JOB PURPOSE

 

Miu Miu communication department is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to assist the team on all social and digital projects. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will assist the communication team in planning and delivering best in class social activations to support Miu Miu. You will work closely with PR, production, Celebrities, e-commerce, retail, IT and local teams and external partners to roll-out the annual social calendar of Miu Miu. This position is a 6 month internship based in Milan, Italy.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Assist the planification and scheduling of the posts through the social media software
  • Liaise with PR, production and e-commerce to retrieve credits and product tags
  • Assist the local team in the roll-out of their local plans

 

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

  • Community management of global platforms
  • Social listening and sentiment reviews (Instagram – Facebook – Twitter – Tiktok)

 

CONTENT PRODUCTION

  • Assist the social media manager in creating social content brief for in house and external creatives 
  •  Follow with production / external providers the delivery of social assets and formats needed to support the launch of new campaign and digital projects
  • Liaise with the copy team and e-com team to create curated captions per channel and push social commerce initiatives

 

MONITORING & ANALYSIS

  • Support the analytic team in creating monthly social reports consolidating global and local reports
  • Monthly reports on new trend, emerging platforms, challenges and other social opportunities

 

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Advanced studies and practical experience in PR or Social Media

Experience working or using Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Line Kakao Talk, Weibo, WeChat & Little Red Book both professionally or personally is essential

Fluency in English required, other languages a plus

Experience working with a social media management tool (Hootsuite, Sprout, Sprinklr, Facebook Creator Studio etc.)

Excellent analytic and reporting skills a must

High affinity for high-end fashion as well as online media

Excellent communication skills

You are a team-oriented, strong and concentrated worker

You organize your tasks with care as well as independently and responsibly
