Digital Campaign Intern

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a passionate Digital Campaign Intern to join our digital team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to deploying the digital experiences for Prada, Miu Miu, Church’s, and Marchesi e-mail campaigns across enterprise platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Work alongside the company tutor on our web publishing enterprise tools within a team in charge of sending e-mail comunications for the Prada Group Brands.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners ensuring all assets are ready to be sended, including copy, images and videos.
• Support the CRM team monitoring the newsletter calendar and managing all sending of campaign.
• Creation and shipment within email marketing platforms, Adobe Journey Optimizer.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Academic background in communication, design or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
Interest in E-commerce or Digital, Fashion & Luxury environment.
Excellent team player, able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and time management.
Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or similar is a plus.
HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
