JOB PURPOSE

 

To work within the Group HR Department being responsible for the ATS - SAP SuccessFactors Module, managing its processes, transformation and development.

To support HR managers in the usage, posting and screening of applications working side to side with international teams. To ensure the attractiveness as well as the consistency of the Group image on external Job Boards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manages all processes within the ATS - SAP SuccessFactors Module.
  • Supports the harmonization of HR Recruiting processes across the Group and the optimization ATS Module.
  • Supports the HR Managers in the creation and publishing of Job Post on the Group’s Career site and other Job Boards as well as with the screening of CVs.
  • Dialogues with HR Manager, HR Organization and IT for the management of the modules present in the system.
  • Database keeping and maintenance.
  • Manages system reporting.
  • Works closely with IT Department for the maintenance and continuous adjustments of ATS as well as the development of new tools.
  • Plans, creates and holds ad hoc training courses on ATS - SAP SuccessFactors Module.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Previous experience in the role

Degree in IT / Economics / Management Engineering/ Human Resources 

HR processes and transformation knowledge

Knowledge of IT logics

Project Management

Data Recruitment approach

CV screening and Recruiting experience

Very good knowledge of English language

Desirable direct experience on SAP SuccessFactors
