JOB PURPOSE

 

Works closely with users and various finance departments to ensure the correct usage and setup of systems aimed at financial closing. Manages both day-to-day operational support related to requests from local users using CPM platforms and participates in the preparation of CR and new digital transformation projects in the AFC scope, with a particular focus on a transition project from Tagetik to Group Reporting/SAC (SAP).

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Support for local and central users
• Coordination of activities on AFC information systems
• Management of any issues related to the aforementioned systems
• Gathering requirements, developments, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), interface with consultants in case of enhancements/new projects
• Active participation in the ongoing finance transformation project, with a particular focus on replacing the current statutory and managerial consolidation system and involvement in activities such as analysis, mapping of the dimensional data model between the old and new system, UAT, data migration, user training, and management of the transitional and parallel period between the two systems.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

 

At least 5 years of experience in consulting firms or similar roles in complex companies

Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office package in general

Experience and predisposition to work with corporate information systems (accounting, management, etc.)

Project experience

Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management systems is a plus

Very good knowledge of the English language
