JOB PURPOSE

As an intern, you will support daily operations and projects that help make our HR systems smarter, more efficient, and more people-focused — working side by side with experienced professionals in an international and dynamic environment.

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Support in updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems (you will find the best in class: SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Collaborate with the HR Service Center in handling organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities
  • Monitor data accuracy and help improve data quality across different HR tools
  • Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams
  • Help track and coordinate system requests or changes with IT and HR functions
  • Contribute to small projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis

Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Fluency in both Italian and English

 

6 months internship
