JOB PURPOSE        

 

As part of the HR L&D HQ area and Onboarding & eLearning team, the candidate will contribute and support the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of learning and onboarding programs to improve individual, team, organizational performance and motivation. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

In collaboration with the HR Learning & Development Industrial, Strategy and Innovation Manager, contribute to:

  • Assess both team and individual learning needs
  • Take care of the global onboarding & mandatory training processes
  • Design, implement & deliver learning programs and events, directly or coordinating third parties, including on-boarding programs, eLearning paths, live webinars and courses on managerial, behavioral, cultural and technical topics
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through KPIs, analyze data and elaborate new projects proposal
  • Work effectively with LMS Digital Platform, data visualization & other digital tools
  • Maintain a good relationship with internal clients and external providers
  • Conduct research on new learning technologies, content and methodologies

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Adult Learning Education, Science of Education or other degree in the humanities.

Postgraduate master’s degree in management, human resources is a plus.

Fluency in Italian and English, other language is a plus.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Brief experience in a similar role is a plus.
