We are looking for an IT Omnichannel Project Manager to be part of the Information Technology Department, who will be responsible for overseeing Omnichannel projects and program with focus on CRM, Marketing and Digital retail activities, coordinating the effort of the different involved IT department and acting as point of contact for the Business counterpart.

S/he will support the definition, evaluation and delivery of programs and initiatives at WW level working closely with business and technology leads including project managers, user experience leads as well as external agencies and partners. The candidate will be focused on providing an integrated view on the omnichannel environment across the several impacted areas with a special focus on CRM and Marketing but considering also impact on the e2e solution and on other relevant areas (i.e. Ecommerce, Digital Retail, Retail operations…)

A proven experience on relevant CRM and marketing technology (i.e. MS CRM, Adobe Marketing cloud stack, AEM, eCommerce platforms) is a plus.




  • Manage all aspects of omnichannel projects to ensure key strategic objectives
  • Ownership of full project life cycles for multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Coordinate the effort of different department in all the project lifecycle (requirement collection, solution definition and e2e delivery)
  • Set and manage day-to-day activities and deliverables with team members, internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Prepare estimates and project plans for all stakeholder levels
  • Monitor, track and facilitate outcomes to mitigate risks, resolve issues, conflicts and dependencies, and drive critical path deliverables
  • Accurately report on progress, priorities, quality, KPIs and success criteria



Proven track record to lead and work creatively in a fast-paced and problem-solving environment

Curious, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a results-driven, dynamic and tenacious approach

Proficiency to embrace change and react in a flexible manner whilst not compromise on quality

Team-worker with good interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in a omnichannel environment with complex integrated brick and mortar and digital initiatives and CRM campaign is a plus

Previous experience on CRM, Marketing automation, Store management, eCommerce and Order management platforms is a plus (Preferably MS CRM, Oracle XStore, Adobe suite…)

Fluent in English and Italian
