IT Subsidiaries Intern

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an IT Subsidiaries Intern to join the Group IT Subsidiaries Coordination team at HQ level in Milan (Hybrid).
The IT Subsidiaries Coordination team is responsible on behalf of the Prada Headquarter for the IT Governance of all the local divisions of the Group around the world.
The ideal candidate will be part of the IT Subsidiaries Coordination Team, representing the point of contact between the local IT Teams and the IT Headquarter, ensuring the alignment between global and local initiatives, and managing and monitoring the rollout of strategic projects.
The IT Subsidiaries Coordination team is part of the IT Strategy Division, with the aim to lead continuous improvement and innovation towards the whole Prada landscape.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Support the Subsidiaries team in its role as project leader for international project, manage global resources, perform governance and project management activities
- Support local IT Teams with the interaction with Prada Headquarter
- Support the management of IT services providers, suppliers and vendors worldwide
- Facilitate access and communication within retail and corporate IT projects
- Take part in monthly alignment with local IT leaders to monitor ongoing projects
- Perform Data Analysis on ticket lifecycle, ensuring adherence with SLAs and user satisfaction
- Participate in creating innovative ways in solving issues and tickets
- Support the functional analysis activities on new projects
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management or related fields
Knowledge of Office Suite
Data Driven approach & ability to perform data evaluation and key trends identification
Ability to work with geographically separate project teams
Strong communication and relational skills.
Problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and proactivity, entrepreneurial approach
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
