IT eCommerce Analyst Front End

JOB PURPOSE
The IT eCommerce Analyst (front end oriented) will be part of the Information Technology Department and responsible for the functional analysis and study of the technical solutions on the Front End system. The IT eCommerce Analyst supports all the delivery phases of a technical project including the feasibility study, the functional analysis and design estimation, drafting of documentation, test supporting, and post support of developed applications.
As analysis team member, the person will work on interpretation/translation of user stories and new business requests into functional requirements, and subsequently into feasible solution with functional specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translation of business request into functional requirements
- Drafting of feasibility and functional analysis documentations
- Design of ICT solution aligned with the internal company systems and processes
- Collaborate with several internal teams
- Play a role to facilitate the communications from business teams to different internal IT teams and supplier teams (for business requirements clarification from a technical point of view)
- Support estimation of the effort of the different ICT initiatives
- Support test book documentation drafting
- UAT testing support
- Monitor the and evaluate new delivered software solutions
- Continuously learn the needs of fashion industry and new technologies and platforms
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or Engineering
2+ years of experience in a business analyst role for eCommerce solutions (design and frontend integration patterns)
Experience in UX/UI
Knowledge of CMS systems (Adobe preferable)
Experience in Design System & Architecture of website
Excellent level of English (spoken and written)
