JOB PURPOSE 

 

The ideal candidate will join our WW team of Analytics and Insights based in Milan HQ. The Insight Specialist will be in fact responsible for the management of the brands data analysis.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Ownership of the design and maintenance of Adobe Analytics dashboards on MiuMiu, Church’s and Carshoe digital properties
  • Develop insightful metrics, dashboards and reports using enterprise tools (Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Qlik Sense) to minimize funnel abandonment, optimize customer experience and improve conversions
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights to multiple stakeholders, suggesting actionable recommendations to improve sales, customer retention, conversion rate
  • Monitoring on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis) the e-commerce websites performances scouting for issues, opportunities and identify focus areas
  • Set up and monitoring of A/B tests, and production of a full performance documentation
  • Set up and monitoring of advertising performances

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

1 - 3 years of experience in web and app analytics focused role

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Maths, or related STEM discipline.

Full professional expertise in analyzing user flows, in- and cross-page optimization, both on web and app environments

Full professional expertise in setting up and analyze A/B tests, both on Websites or App environments

Full professional expertise on Adobe / Google Analytics and ContentSquare

In-depth knowledge setting up and monitoring advertising performances

Full professional expertise on Microsoft Office Suite

Experience on data visualization tools is a plus

Knowledge of Python or other data analysis programming languages is a plus

Ability on setting technical tracking documentation for developers, both app and web is a plus
