JOB PURPOSE

The selected candidate will support the management of the e-commerce channel and for providing operational coordination in support of retail stores, ensuring assortment consistency, content accuracy, performance monitoring, and process optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform sales analysis and support specific business projects.
• Prepare periodic reports (actuals, rolling forecast, budget, strategic plan) for the F&B Managers.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and planned results.
• Support the preparation of the strategic plan and sales forecasts.
• Contribute to the improvement of planning and reporting systems.
• Support product uploading and online assortment updates in the e-commerce channel.
• Monitor stock levels, content accuracy, and publishing timelines.
• Assist in understanding commercial phases related to product launches and market coverage.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in business or marketing

Problem solving skills

Good ability to work in a team

Fluent in English
