MIU MIU VIP Intern

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a passionate and highly detailed oriented VIP Intern to join the Miu Miu Talent team (Communication Department). The candidate will support the team in daily talent related activities, coordinate communication with WW offices, manage presentations, and assist with daily requests and sample movements for influencer and talent dressing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the coordination of internal communication flows, ensuring timely collection and consolidation of requests, and constant alignment with the HQ team.
• Prepare and update detailed presentations of talents and support VIP related daily activities.
• Manage and track fashion sample movements for dressing requests and support research and monitoring of product placement opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational, relational, and time management skills.
Passion for fashion and luxury, with a genuine interest in the influencer/VIP landscape.
Very good knowledge of English.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and manage WW information flows.
Familiarity with analytics and digital tools (Adobe, Microsoft Suite, Launchmetrics, Campaygn/Lunch Metrics or similar platforms).
