JOB PURPOSE


Support for the CFO area with a focus on managing Finance division transformation initiatives. Within the Controlling Department, the candidate will support the transition to the new EPM system (SAC – Group Reporting) based on SAP S4 HANA. This involves revising all finance and controlling processes with a Greenfield approach, working collaboratively with Finance, IT, and Retail functions.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Participate in Finance transformation project activities with a proactive approach, contributing ideas and evolutionary insights.
• Engage in detailed analysis activities of Finance (Admin and Control) and Retail processes.
• Actively collaborate in designing future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a procedural, organizational, and system perspective.
• Translate Business Needs into functional requirements for system implementation.
• Ensure the correct implementation of defined functional requirements.
• Support Controlling and Finance team during User Acceptance Test activities and actively participate in them.
• Support Controlling and Finance business process owners, coordinating their involvement in various project phases and ensuring an effective transition from the old to the new system.
• Acting as a point of reference both internally within the Finance function and with respect to the IT function and external consulting companies;• Proactively intervene to mitigate any risks and conflicts that may affect the project's success.
• Actively contribute in the definition of the change management program.
• Manage, support, and supervise training sessions conducted for the finance area at worldwide level.
• Provide to stakeholders assistance during the go-live and post go-live phases.
 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Experience of at least 5 years in consultancy companies or complex companies. 

In particular, candidates with the following experiences will be considered: 
o    Analysis of Finance processes;
o    Design of To-Be Processes;
o    Project management of transformation projects (project management, project planning, risk management, etc.).
o    Participation as  key user/Process Owner in complex finance transformation projects/implementation of SAP ERP/EPM;
Management and coordination skills for internal and external resources.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages.
Availability for travel (approximately 25% per year).
