PRADA Data Entry Intern, Milan

JOB PURPOSE 

For our team we are looking for a Data Entry Intern.

The ideal candidate will work in the Milan Office and will be responsible for input data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and proficient typing skills, with collaboration to ensure data accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Manage and organize records and files
• Prepare relevant reports as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

Bachelor or Master’s Degree

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent computer skills, especially in the use of Excel

Excellent ability to read and analyse documentation

Confidentiality, accuracy and organisational skills
