PRADA E-Store Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The E-Store Manager shapes the online flagship of the brand—ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects the house’s aesthetic codes, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence. Responsible for leading site operations, UX/UI evolution and digital roadmap execution, this role ensures the global e-commerce platform delivers a best-in-class luxury experience while meeting ambitious growth targets. Working collaboratively with Merchandising, Digital Marketing, CRM, UX/UI, Client Services, Supply Chain, and Digital, the E-Store Manager drives performance across the entire ecommerce ecosystem. The position reports to the Global Head of E-Commerce and manages an E-Store, Third Parties and APP teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Store, Third Parties and App Operations & Experience Management
- Oversee daily operations of the brand’s online store, ensuring strong technical performance, service quality, and accurate catalogue and pricing.
- Monitor KPIs and use data insights to drive continuous performance optimization.
- Coordinate with Digital, IT, UX/UI, Marketing, CRM, Social, and SEO teams to ensure seamless integrations, aligned campaigns, and an effective customer journey.
- Manage launches, promotions, and execution of the commercial calendar in collaboration with eMerchandising.
- Handle relationships with third-party partners and marketplaces, ensuring brand consistency, high-quality content, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to marketplace growth strategies and performance planning.
- Support the launch and ongoing management of the app.
Commercial Performance & Analytics
- Own commercial KPIs across conversion, revenue, AOV, traffic quality, and customer engagement.
- Lead daily/weekly business analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Analize and evaluate digital client journeys and behaviours, with strong knowledge of UX/UI kpis
- Implement data-driven commercial actions and experience adjustments to drive performance.
- Monitor performance, adjusting category visibility and product pushes in real time.
- Present business recaps and strategic recommendations cross team.
Digital Roadmap & Experience Innovation
- Contribute to the global digital roadmap by identifying experience gaps, proposing enhancements, and prioritizing features that drive conversion and elevate the luxury feel.
- Co-own the e-store’s digital roadmap, ensuring alignment between business needs, brand vision, and long-term digital transformation goals.
- Define requirements for new features, enhancements, and UX/UI evolutions—partnering with Product, IT, and Design teams to bring solutions from concept to launch.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, personalization tools, and experience enhancements that elevate luxury standards and support omnichannel integration.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives focused on improving conversion, engagement, and ease of navigation.
- Benchmark luxury competitors and industry innovators to inform experience evolution and maintain brand leadership.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
10 years of e-commerce experience within luxury fashion, beauty, or premium retail.
Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs, UX principles, UI sensibilities, and conversion optimization.
Proven experience overseeing site operations for a global or premium brand.
Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple releases and ongoing roadmap initiatives.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools is a plus (Contentsquare, PowerBI).
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
