JOB PURPOSE

The Processes & Operations Client Service Intern provides constant information and data to Global Client Service Manager, supports Processes & Operations Client Service Analyst, analysis of client service KPIs, new projects and business trends. He/She analyses performances, client service level and sales results on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REPORTING:

  • Analysis of SLA and KPIs WW performances on daily, weekly and monthly base
  • Analysis and reporting of multichannel sales
  • Support on reconciliation of data and reports from different systems to improve database quality and to optimize the analysis

PROCESSES:

  • Client Service processes mapping and optimization
  • Procedures and features test release
  • Competitive benchmarking for strategic Customer Service decisions

OTHER:

  • Support IT in implementing and kicking off WW Client Service
  • Testing new systems and programs and find out if there are any issue or improvement that can be made

SYSTEMS:

  • Client Service platforms
  • Order Management System
  • Office Suite proficiency (mostly EXCEL and PPT)
