Product Graphic Designer

JOB PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for the creation, development, and execution of graphic design across Shoes, Ready-to-wear and Accessories within Prada Linea Rossa collections. Blending creative vision with technical precision, the Product Graphics Designer ensures that all visual elements not only capture attention but also reinforce the overall product design and reflect the brand’s DNA, values and seasonal direction.
Working at the intersection of design, innovation and storytelling, the Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with a range of cross-functional teams, including product designers, shoes and ready-to-wear Developers, Materials R&D, Marketing and Production. These interactions are essential to ensure that graphics are aligned with product strategy, material constraints and consumer expectations.
A key objective of this role is to deliver forward-thinking, brand-relevant graphic concepts that elevate the visual identity of Prada Linea Rossa, bringing coherence across product categories while pushing the creative boundaries of the line.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and develop graphics for footwear, apparel, and accessories that align with the brand’s visual identity and seasonal themes.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, material teams, and marketing to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across products.
• Research global trends in graphic design, fashion, and culture to develop relevant graphic ideas and create innovative and consumer-relevant designs.
• Translate concepts and brand narratives into graphic designs, ensuring they meet product performance, aesthetic, and brand requirements.
• Design placement on products (e.g., logos, prints, patterns, embellishments), ensuring they enhance the overall product design and functionality.
• Work on multiple product lines simultaneously, designing for footwear, apparel, and accessories while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic and managing the execution of graphic elements from concept to final production.
• Ensure consistency of graphics across products and collections, maintaining visual harmony within product lines and the overall brand.
• Present design concepts and final graphics to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Provide creative solutions for packaging, promotional items, and additional brand assets as needed.
• Partner with suppliers and factories to ensure that production of graphic elements is aligned with design and quality standards and supporting them in resolving any technical challenges.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
3/5 years of experience in a similar role within Fashion Luxury Brands or leading Sports Brand (prior experience in the Footwear Industry will be considered a plus)
Proficient in 2D and 3D graphic tools.
Mastery of Excel, PPT and other presentation tools
Fluent in English and Italian
Flexible and proactive, willing to work in a fast pace cross-functional environment.
