PURPOSE
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations, actively supporting the team.
RESPONSABILITIES
Item Coding and Maintenance
- Creation and updating of the item database, ensuring correct classification and coding
- Management of product-related information, including technical data and descriptions
Order Management
- Processing and entering purchase orders into the system
- Monitoring order status and communicating with suppliers
- Managing any changes or cancellations of orders
Invoice Control
- Verifying the consistency between invoices and purchase orders
- Reconciling invoices with delivery documents
- Managing any discrepancies and reporting errors
Data Analysis
- Collecting and analyzing purchasing data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential issues
- Preparing periodic reports
Team Support
- Inventory management
- Assisting in supplier contract negotiations
- Participating in special projects related to procurement process optimization
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of main IT tools, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Plus: previous experience in procurement or administration
