The Reception is the welcome point and the first contact with the Company. The staff involved in Reception activities must develop the ability to understand the work environment, the people who work there and their role. The position requires flexibility in terms of hours, organized on weekly shifts. Maximum willingness to work (upon notice) is required on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays based on company activities (fashion shows, events, meetings, etc.)





  • Greeting and assisting guests as soon as they arrive at the front-desk
  • Guest access registration
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and e-mails, both internal and external
  • Reservation of rooms for business meetings
  • Welcoming and managing customers during sales campaign periods
  • Management of calendars
  • Support for events, fashion shows





Bachelor’s degree

At least 2/4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in a Luxury Company

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in English

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and proactivity
