JOB PURPOSE


This role will be responsible for managing and implementing SEO strategies with a strong focus on multilingual e-commerce, driving organic visibility and performance across all Prada Group websites.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Execute and monitor Prada Group’s global SEO strategy
  • Given that Prada Groups main websites have a presence in 30+ markets, the candidate will need to be able to analyse different market trends as well as gain confidence in understanding the logics and ranking factors of multiple search engines such as Baidu, Naver, Yahoo, Bing and Yandex under the supervision of the SEO Manager
  • Identify growth opportunities to enhance organic visibility and improve the performance of the brand’s e-commerce websites
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and provide regular SEO reports, identifying trends and recommending optimizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Front-End, IT) to ensure the integration of SEO best practices into digital projects
  • Optimize website content, structure, and technical performance following on-page and off-page SEO principles
  • Manage keyword research, competitor analysis, and the development of multilingual content strategies
  • Ensure seamless communication with the IT team and contribute to Agile workflows to align SEO initiatives with development processes – Creating briefs for tech fixes and activities, as well as keeping on top of the successful implementation of requests, which will require checks in both staging and post-live environments
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize internal site search by analyzing keyword behavior, applying semantic rules, and aligning with business objectives
  • Oversee the development of the SEO roadmap and ensure proper management using relevant tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and search engine algorithms to ensure continuous improvement of SEO strategies

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an SEO role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

Proven expertise in managing multilingual SEO projects and global platforms.

Fluent English (C1/C2 level); additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Chinese) are a plus.

Advanced knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Algolia and others.

Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset, with experience in data interpretation and reporting: Adobe Analytics, BI platform.

Solid understanding of technical SEO principles (HTML, JavaScript, website structure, page speed optimization).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Strong familiarity with Agile methodology, experience managing complex projects, and interfacing with IT teams.

Experience using Google Business Profile and/or other tools for managing local visibility such as YEXT, Uberall etc.

Passion for AI and its applications in SEO, with a strong interest in exploring automation, machine learning, and AI-driven insights for optimization.
