Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Corporate functions. This role will act as a strategic partner to the business, leading talent mapping, advanced sourcing activities, and stakeholder management, contributing to the development of high-quality talent pipelines aligned with the Group’s vision.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end (intake with Hiring Managers, job posting, direct sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlist presentation, offer definition, and feedback);
- Lead headhunting activities across Corporate and IT roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity);
- Manage recruitment processes for Corporate functions (Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing, Communication, etc.);
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines using a proactive and data-driven approach;
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, supporting them in defining hiring needs and recruitment strategies;
- Leverage and optimize ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors) and advanced sourcing tools;
- Track and analyze recruiting KPIs, identifying areas for continuous improvement;
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and L&D to ensure a consistent and effective recruitment process;
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives;
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting company values and culture to attract top-tier candidates.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILSS
7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within structured, international environments or executive search firms;
Proven experience in recruiting IT profiles (mid-senior to senior level) – mandatory;
Experience recruiting across Corporate functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, etc.);
Strong expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting techniques;
Proficiency in ATS and advanced digital sourcing tools;
Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
High level of autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation;
Ability to thrive in complex and fast-paced environments;
Fluent in English and Italian.
