Sustainability Project Manager Intern

JOB PURPOSE

The selected candidate will support the Group Sustainability Director and the team in the coordination and management of sustainability-related projects, assisting with planning, monitoring, reporting activities and the preparation of the documentation for meetings and committees. The intern will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to ESG data collection and analysis, and support the development of initiatives. The candidate will further support the Group Sustainability Director in other projects allocated to the area.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of sustainability and ESG-related projects.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data.
• Coordinate, track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to sustainability communication efforts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Basic understanding of sustainability, ESG principles, and environmental challenges.
A Master's degree in Sustainability or a related field is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international environment.
Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn.
Fluency in English.
