Talent Acquisition Intern - focus internship hiring

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, with a specific focus on internship hiring and administrative management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the full recruitment cycle for interns
• Draft and publish job postings on various platforms
• Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR interviews when required
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Internship Administration:

• Support the activation of internship agreements and ensure all documentation is properly prepared
• Liaise with universities, candidates, and internal stakeholders for internship formalities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely onboarding processes
• Support onboarding activities for new interns

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English (Italian is mandatory)
