Talent Acquisition Intern - focus internship hiring

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, with a specific focus on internship hiring and administrative management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the full recruitment cycle for interns
- Draft and publish job postings on various platforms
- Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews when required
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Internship Administration:
- Support the activation of internship agreements and ensure all documentation is properly prepared
- Liaise with universities, candidates, and internal stakeholders for internship formalities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely onboarding processes
- Support onboarding activities for new interns
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in English (Italian is mandatory)
