JOB PURPOSE


We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, with a special focus on managing the internship hiring process across different business areas. You will support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, and contribute to broader HR activities, gaining valuable exposure in a dynamic and international environment.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES


Internship Recruitment: Manage and support the recruitment process for interns across business functions (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer process).
Candidate Management: Ensure an excellent candidate experience, acting as a point of contact throughout the selection process.
Onboarding Support: Contribute to the onboarding of new interns, ensuring all administrative steps are completed and supporting integration activities.
Employer Branding: Support initiatives with universities, job boards, and career services to strengthen our visibility among young talents.
HR Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and events aimed at enhancing the employee and intern experience.

 


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS


Master’s Degree in Economics, or related field (completed or ongoing)
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the HR world
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Previous internship or extracurricular experience in HR, recruiting, or university career services is a plus
