JOB PURPOSE

 

The Industrial HR Manager shall support the business of his/her reference area guaranteeing the effectiveness of the personnel selection, training, development and organization in order to achieve the business objectives set by the Company.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work as a business partner in close contact with Line Managers, contributing to the achievement of business objectives set by the division/reference area;
  • Ensure that the best talents are found to cover vacant positions, managing directly the search and selection of personnel through the appropriate selection channels, supporting the Line Managers in the assessment of candidates;
  • Guarantee recruitment in accordance with the company strategies and policies;
  • Together with the reference Senior HR Manager and the Human Resources Director of the Industrial Area, cooperate with the Line Managers to define the Division’s organization projects, organization changes, if any, and staffing requirements;
  • Analyze structures guaranteeing consistency with set headcount and labor cost budgets;
  • Analyze and propose, with the compensation and benefit function, the correct implementation of compensation and personnel development policies consistently with performance management results;
  • Analyze and propose the budget of the area together with Line Managers and Labor Cost function;
  • Collect the training needs and ensure the correct implementation of the training, in coordination with the Training and Development function;
  • Cooperate with the Industrial Relations Director to the management of trade unions relations specific to the reference area;
  • Guarantee the implementation of company procedures.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

3 to 5-year experience as HR Manager/HRBP at companies in the industrial sector

Fluent in English and preferably in another language

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, Success Factors modules           

Flexibility to travel on the national territory to visit factories
