JOB PURPOSE

 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our dynamic HR team at our Munich Head office. At Prada Group, we believe that our people are the heart and soul of our brand. As an HR Coordinator, you will be part of your local HR team and support us in all relevant HR topics from Talent Acquisition to Business Partnering as well as Payroll support for Prada Group Central Europe (DE, AT, NL, CZ). You will work closely with our Store Managers as well as Retail Management for Central Europe and our Head Quarter in Milan.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Supporting with the employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • Managing the creation of documents, such as employment contracts, references, or certificates.
  • Assisting the recruitment process by handling job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties (such as headhunters and universities) to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholder such as Stores Manager and Retail Area Management as well as the Headquarter in Milan.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process and handling administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth and effective integration.
  • Actively participating in the implementation of HR initiatives as well as projects.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on HR

Proficient in MS Office programs as well as digital and social media affinity.

Strong teamwork skills, good communication, and quick perception as well as hands-on mentality and ownership

Excellent communication and relational skills, good analytical skills.
High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations.

Fluent in German and English is required, and other language skills are an advantage.
