PRADA CRM Manager (m/f/d)

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a CRM Manager (m/f/d) for our Head Office in Munich. The CRM Manager will be responsible for strengthening, developing, and implementing CRM and clienteling initiatives in our Central Europe region. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implementation, and monitoring of customer engagement initiatives through clienteling and intensification of customer contacts.
- Analysis of CRM insights and information for new commercial actions in individual segments of our customer base (e.g., outreach initiatives).
- Support our stores in implementing the clienteling strategy and CRM best practices.
- Budget and cost control for customer loyalty promotions including recording of relevant return on investment.
- Management of local trainings as well as training materials on CRM topics such as clienteling, best practices, and customer actions.
- Function as a local point of reference to the Net Promoter System and digital clienteling tools.
- Close collaboration with our Store Managers and HQ stakeholders in Milan.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Ideally a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing.
Relevant CRM experience of 3+ years, preferably from the luxury/premium retail sector.
Strong analytical skills, coupled with a high interest in fashion and luxury.
Very good MS Office skills are required, and SAP skills are desirable.
Exceptionally good communication skills as well as a high level of service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with demanding clientele.
Independent working style and a high degree of structure and organization.
Fluent English is required, further language skills especially German and Italian is an advantage.
