Job Summary / Purposes
To manage the correct classification and movement of the collections in the Corporate Stockroom, according to the input received by the referring respective Marketing & Communications/PR/VIP functions.
Responsibilities
- Verify the “quality” of the product upon arrival and when returned (for potential damage, the need to be remade, pressing etc.)
- Codification of the product through the application of a barcode on the product
- Classification/Cataloging/Archiving of the collections according to product typology and product availability within the Corporate Stockroom utilizing process or system, including LOOKFINDER
- Sending updates each day to the respective Marketing & Communications/PR/VIP functions for incoming new samples
- Management of the email requests sent from the respective Marketing & Communications/PR/VIP functions
- Processing daily returns from editorials and stores
- Daily sending of recaps communicating daily send outs and returns to the respective Marketing & Communications/PR/VIP functions
- In partnership with the Corporate Stockroom team, support in ensuring timely shipments (via UPS, etc.) and/or local messenger services are completed daily, as well as follow up tracking is carried out as needed
- Report end of season samples to the VIP managers & local buyers for outlets.
- Other related duties as requested by the Company/Department Head
Qualifications / Requirements
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to professionally interact with management and coworkers
- Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
Compensation
The salary range for this position may vary from $22/hour - $24/hour, and if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
