JOB PURPOSE

 

Coordination and supervision of the implementation of projects (opening of new directly operated stores, ” shops in shop”, corners and refurbishment of existing ones), offices, special projects, Pop Ups ensuring work execution within the scheduled timeframe and respecting set budgets, also coordinating their maintenance in accordance with the company’s quality standards and guaranteeing a timely service.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Coordination of Works Supervision in the various implementation phases of new projects. Planning and supervision of “construction site” activities, as well as local and Italians suppliers;
  • Management and monitoring of costs for the above listed interventions;
  • Analysis of costs for the preparation of the capital expenditure budget both for project implementation and for the maintenance of Retail structures based on what has been defined during the design phase, verifying and selecting the best bids for materials and manpower by possible suppliers;
  • Coordination of projects for stores, shop windows, promotional fit-outs for the area of competence, also collecting the information needed for the start-up of the project;
  • Preparation and implementation of any project changes and updates requested by the Management or deemed necessary.
  • Verification of the technical feasibility of design solutions.
