JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible for the installation and operation of computer networks and office automation systems, providing technical support to all users in software application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily support on network infrastructure, PC (Windows and MAC), mobile devices (iOS and Android) in office and off-site locations.
• Support software and Hardware installation.
• Manage Backup and recovery administration.
• Ensure security and anti-virus control.
• Provide technical support and assistance to all business projects and system developments.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor Degree holder

Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience

Experience in retail industry is a plus

Experience in networking infrastructure knowledge is an advantage

Experience in Cisco Meraki devices is desirable

Knowledge in ITIL standard in advance

Team player and team builder

Strong user orientation

Flexible and able to work under pressure

Good command of English language
