JOB PURPOSE: 

 

Being a key support to our Miu Miu CRM & Clienteling team.

6 months internship from September 1st 2025.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITES:

 

Clienteling Operational Support

  • Assist the CRM Manager in monitoring and coordinating clienteling activations (events, giftings, in-store animations, etc.)
  • Help consolidate boutique feedback and share best practices across the network
  • Support the preparation of clienteling kits (tools, guidelines, visuals) for store teams
  • Contribute to the organization of personalized CRM campaigns (targeting, content, distribution)

 

CRM Analysis & Reporting

  • Assist with the weekly and monthly follow-up of CRM KPIs (prospects, interactions, private appointments, etc.)
  • Help create dashboards and performance summaries for retail teams
  • Support campaign analysis (open rates, conversion rates, etc.) and identify key takeaways

 

Retail Network Animation

  • Help prepare internal communication tools (newsletters, presentations, monthly recaps)
  • Assist in tracking and escalating field needs (tools, data, events)

 

Client Experience

  • Contribute to the development of an annual client experience plan tailored to boutique profiles and client typologies
  • Assist in the implementation of client experiences : Help identify and qualify client lists, Support with calligraphy, gifting management, and logistics, Help manage invoice follow-up and supplier coordination

 

Administrative Support

  • Support the CRM Manager in creating supplier profiles within internal tools
  • Assist with purchase order, creation and budget monitoring
  • Help manage loyalty orders (gifts, handwritten cards, CRM stationery)
  • Coordinate internal validations and liaise with Finance / Procurement teams

 

Market Watch & Benchmarking

  • Help monitor clienteling trends in the luxury industry
  • Assist in benchmarking CRM innovations (tools, content, client experiences)

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 

In store-service oriented

Customer centric approach

Proficient in the main IT/digital tools

Familiar with Excel function and analytical

Engaging with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in french and english
