MISSIONS:

 

Within the CRM Team you will directly assist the Client Development Manager in building the client experiences, following-up the Gifts & Loyalty programs with the objective of strengthening the relationship with an Elite clientele for our Boutiques’ network.

 

Mission period: from end April to October 2026

 

  • Support in all the aspects of the organization of VIC Experiences (including Fashion Shows):
  • Client selection: work with CRM team and store to define client list, prepare the client profile card for validation.
  • Experience production & administrative: once the venue and project are confirmed, select qualified supplier & debrief him on all requested services after coordinating the stores’ needs, negotiate the budget, create new vendor on Ivalua and create PO on SAP, ensure the delivery of results from suppliers, installation of experience, manage the invoice and payment.
  • Experience report: consolidate experience report in English with all program details and ROI results.
  • Ensure the ROI expectations during the given period (-7days/ +30 days). Consolidate feedbacks from stores.
  • Submit the Client Experience Projection update for HQ validation every Friday.

  

  • Manage the orders and follow-up of client loyalty gifts:
    • Communicate the gift projects from HQ, propose and implement local gift solutions.
    • Collect orders from stores while respecting the total budget allocated to this gifting occasion.
    • Submit the order to HQ or suppliers, managing the logistics to ensure the delivery of gifts to stores in time. When gifts are delivered to the regional central warehouse in Paris, ensure the quality check, that gifts are properly assembled and distributed to respective stores. 
    • Ensure the follow ups of gift projects: C_sphere registration, updates of budget file, manage the budget file with the controlling team to ensure the cost centres are correctly allocated. 

 

  • Prada Apartment:
    • Work with stores to ensure a relevant client selection to be invited to the Apartment and guarantee the highest level of personalised luxurious experience.
    • Ensure that all services are paid for on time and invoiced correctly for the Apartment’s needs.
    • Coordinate and organise suppliers’ venue to the apartment with Veronica.
    • Submit the Prada Apartment report for validation every Monday.

 

  • Support in building all types of reports: benchmarking, experience proposals, ROI analysis, etc.
  • Support in liaising with stores to answer personalised requests for top VIC clients worldwide and contribute to the organisation of international bridges.
  • In case of special order, assist the supply chain and logistics teams to coordinate the transfer of pieces internationally.
  • In-store experience support during VIC Personal Appointments, assistance to stores for the stock transfers & logistics

 

SKILLS:

  • Detail-oriented & extremely rigorous
  • Multi-tasking & ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment  
  • Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, PPT
  • To be trained with SAP (invoicing) & IVALUA
  • Strong analytical skills, familiar with CRM reports and KPI analysis
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and eager to learn.
  • Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about fashion culture
